Teacher's Gift

At the end of the school year, I always try to give my son's teacher a gift to show my appreciation.  My son is now in the fourth grade but he absolutely loved his 3rd grade teacher. (She was an awesome teacher!!).  In the past, I had brought gift cards but I found out from my son that this particular teacher also loved to craft. She also loved chocolate.  So I wanted to make her something special.  Here is what I made her:
